Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Deyaa Hojerat, a sole proprietor (Osek) registered in Israel, operating the Dorak appointment‑booking platform ("Dorak", "we", "us", or "our"). The Services include our mobile applications, our web dashboard, and our website at dorak-appointments.com (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, signing up, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1. Acceptance and eligibility

By signing up for or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and are able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.


2. The Services

Dorak is a platform that connects customers who wish to book appointments with businesses ("Stores") that offer services. Dorak provides the booking and management technology. Dorak is not a party to the actual service provided by a Store; the agreement for any service is between the customer and the Store. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timing, or legality of services offered by Stores.


3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You may sign in using email and password, or via Google or Apple sign‑in.
  • Notify us immediately at support@dorak-appointments.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Consent to data processing

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we collect and process your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the collection and analysis of usage and analytics data to operate, improve, and enhance the platform and your experience. Where the law requires consent (for example, for precise location or push notifications), we will ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.


5. Bookings, cancellations, and no‑shows

  • When you book an appointment, you agree to the Store's stated policies, including any cancellation, rescheduling, or no‑show rules.
  • Stores are responsible for setting their availability, services, prices, and policies. Dorak displays this information but does not control it.
  • We are not responsible for a Store's failure to honor a booking, for cancellations by a Store, or for disputes between customers and Stores, although we may provide tools to help manage bookings.

6. Responsibilities of business users

If you use Dorak as a Store owner, manager, or staff member, you additionally agree that:

  • You will provide accurate business information, services, pricing, and working hours.
  • You are solely responsible for the services you provide to customers and for complying with all laws applicable to your business (including consumer protection, tax, and licensing).
  • You will handle customer information received through Dorak lawfully and only to fulfil bookings and provide your services.
  • You will not use customer information for unsolicited marketing without a lawful basis and the necessary consents.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Make false, fraudulent, or speculative bookings;
  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or misleading;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, reverse‑engineer, or overload the Services;
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.


8. Reviews and user content

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews and ratings. You must ensure it is accurate, lawful, and based on genuine experience. By submitting content, you grant Dorak a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms.


9. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your content and Store content), are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.


10. Third‑party services

The Services depend on third parties (including Google, Apple, AWS, Cloudflare, and MongoDB Atlas). Your use of features provided by those third parties may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services we do not control.


11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure, or that any Store, service, or booking will meet your expectations.


12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or ILS 200. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your services as a Store, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.


14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.


15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. The competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where applicable consumer‑protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.


16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are provided in English, Hebrew, and Arabic. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between versions, the English version prevails.
